They are highly professional and demonstrate exceptional patience when dealing with multiple inquiries regarding a mold inspection, as this was my first time contracting a mold inspector. They ensure that you comprehend the entire procedure and provide valuable recommendations. The representative exceeded my expectations.
On the phone they’ll sound like a professional but they will send you a sub par inspector that has no clue what they’re doing and charge you thousands of dollars for basically nothing. Inspector doesn’t do much other than take a quick glance then upsell you on their very expensive tests.
